We're design researchers from Coforma (https://coforma.io/), a design agency. We're working with our client, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), to get feedback on a digital product. You will be able to share your opinions and expectations to inform improvements to the product and shape future product features. These sessions involve using a prototype design while a researcher observes and asks follow-up questions to get feedback. We'll only use what we learn from you to help improve the product.
