We’re looking for people planning to refinance an existing car loan in the next few weeks who are willing to compare two refinancing companies as part of their real search. The study runs about two weeks: Session (about 60 minutes, online, recorded): you’ll check your refinance options on two companies’ websites while sharing your screen and talking us through what you see and think.
