How finance teams reconcile payment provider payouts

We build software for finance teams and we're trying to understand how payouts from payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal and Adyen get matched back to sales and to the bank: pulling the payout report, handling refunds, fees and chargebacks, and posting the results during the close. This is a 45-minute video call. We'll ask you to share your screen and walk us through one recent payout reconciliation, step by step, the way you actually do it. Spreadsheets and workarounds welcome. There are no right answers; we want to see how it works at your company.
