How Local Service Businesses Run Day to Day

We're talking with people who run or help manage small, local service businesses to understand what a typical week looks like: how work comes in, how the team stays organized, and what takes up the most time. This is a 60-minute, one-on-one video conversation with a researcher. There's nothing to prepare and no right or wrong answers. We just want to hear about your real experience running the business. We won't be selling you anything. Sessions are scheduled at a time that works for you, including early-morning and evening options.
